23 Students Graduate from St. Anne's Episcopal School

Twenty-three students graduated from St. Anne’s Episcopal School on Friday, June 8, 2007. Sitting in uniquely designed chairs that they had each selected and painted, the graduation process included special remarks by G. Harvey Zendt, head of school, which included each student’s special contributions to the school. The Reverend Louise Howlett, chaplain at St. Anne’s, gave a prayer that had been written by students to be used for the school’s first graduating class in 2003; it’s been used at every graduation since. Many of the students in the class of 2007 had been at St. Anne’s as fourth graders when the school first opened in the fall of 2002.

Eighth-grade reflections were given by Madison Elizabeth Beres, Catherine Kiran Grewal, Ariel Jicha, Gregory Hession-Smith, Zachary Smiertka, and Alissa Winters.

Graduates include: J. T. Apgar, Ryan Ashkenase, Madison Beres, Meredith Bonnell, Forrest Brown, Jonathan Burke, Alexis Cochran, Tyler DeFrience, Amanda Fisher, Julia Galindo, Catherine Grewal, Gregory Hession-Smith, Ariel Jicha, Kelsey Johnson, W. Brooks Johnson, Sarah Kemer, Paul Lally, Meghan McGloin, Gabriela Pinto, Zachary Smiertka, Basil Williams, Jr., Alissa Winters, Amanda Yanez.
